By participating in a photoshoot with McGaffie Studios, you agree to the following terms regarding the use, promotion, and potential representation of your images:

All photos taken by McGaffie Studios may be used for:

• Studio portfolio samples (digital and print)
   
• Website and social media content
   
• Promotional materials, campaigns, and advertisements
   
• Talent showcases and online galleries
   

These uses help promote your work, build our creative community, and give exposure to all participants.

We will NOT sell your images or submit them to external agencies without your permission. Your photos will only be used for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By participating in a McGaffie Studios photoshoot, you grant us permission to act as one of your non-exclusive creative agents for the purpose of:

• Submitting your images to contests, editorials, or industry showcases
   
• Presenting your portfolio to modeling, brand, or talent agencies
   

You will always be contacted and notified of any submissions, responses, or results, and retain the right to approve or deny any formal offers or contracts beyond the scope of McGaffie Studios.

In the event that an image featuring you is selected for commercial use, publication, or sale (outside of our studio’s own promotional use), the following revenue structure applies:

• 10% of net revenue secured will go to McGaffie Studios (for production, licensing, and agency services)
   
• 90% of net revenue will be paid directly to the featured model
   

Models will receive a formal agreement and approval request before any image is sold or licensed.

As a participant in our sessions, you agree to:

• Tag or credit McGaffie Studios when posting or sharing images publicly (e.g., social media, casting platforms, digital portfolios)
   
• Promote our website, social links, or booking pages where reasonable
   
• Refer interested models to our studio, when possible
   

This mutual promotion helps all talent gain exposure and grow within the modeling and creative industry.

By participating in a McGaffie Studios photoshoot, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms above
   
• You understand your photos may be used for promotional purposes
   
• You will be contacted before any commercial usage or external submission
   
• You consent to McGaffie Studios serving as one of your creative representatives
